Changes

If you wish to make a change to the product you received, you have the right to change the product within 15 business days of receiving it. The procedure is as follows:

-       Fill out the change-return form you will find on the product you received detailing your request as well as your details. For example "I want a larger size, I need XL than L", or "I prefer another product, code, size". A product change is made with a product of equal or greater value.

  1. Ship the product. The product to be shipped and changed should be in the packaging that was received and in excellent condition, without removing the packaging materials and special markings (tabs). If it is opened for testing, please fold it gently and place the necessary accessories inside the package.
  2. If you ship the product with the General Post Office, shipping costs are 1.50€. Visit www.taxydromiki.com and find out where your nearest customer service is. Otherwise call our customer service center at 210 4851100.The company is not responsible for the shipping costs and the condition of the product by using any other carrier.
  3. After we receive the product, we will process your request and will contact you within 1-2 days by phone or email (depending on the form you choose to contact) to make the change. If there is availability to change the product we will carry out the shipment, accompanied by proof of change.

Returns

Raimonti's goal is to stay fully satisfied with the product you purchased. However, if the product you received does not meet your needs, it may be returned within 10 business days. The procedure is as follows:
